Why this opportunity is special

You’ll be the first engineer and the third member of the founding team. This is a rare opportunity to shape not just the product, but the company itself.

• Build something unprecedented: Tackle a radically new technical challenge at the frontier of AI, something no one has done before.
• Solve a common pain point. Every product teams lacks the resources and traffic to test all their ideas and find the best possible version of their product. We’ll fix that.
• Work with experienced operators: Collaborate directly with founder Marcel (ex-Meta, scaled products to millions of users) and a small, high-caliber team.

In this role, you will:

• Build the product from scratch: Shape, own, and execute the technical vision with no legacy code to maintain. You will be able to define your own stack.
• Prototype, test, and iterate quickly: Validate assumptions by building prototypes and putting them in front of users.
• Work at the frontier of AI/ML: Develop a first-of-its-kind system that combines LLMs with state-of-the-art statistical validation models.

Your background looks something like this:

• 0→1 experience: Strong track record of building real products from scratch.
• Excellent problem solver: Skilled at breaking down ambiguous challenges into clear, solvable parts and delivering working solutions.
• Generalist mindset: Comfortable working across the entire stack and tackling challenges beyond your core expertise.
• ML/AI/Data foundation: Hands-on experience integrating ML/AI/LLMs into applications. A quantitative background (math, stats, physics) is a plus.
• User-focused experience: Able to understand what users need, including direct customer conversations.
